I am The Ocean can best be described as fluid in motion. A sonic ocean with a tide that is constantly changing, capable of amazing destruction and remarkable beauty in a moments notice. Ernst and desperation fill the lyrics as the guitar & bass meld into one sonic ebb of musical enlightenment.

Hailing for Salt Lake City, Utah, I am The Ocean have created, on their own what many big money labels wish for. This disc was produced by the band and Kris Crummet (Fear Before the March of Flames) independent for any label support or interference. The long(ish) tracks and at times spacey sounds make for a definite headphone album experience. By the time this disc is over you will not even notice an hour has passed and most likely hit play again.
