Banned in the UK and originally set to be rated the equivalent of an XXX rating, Rockstar's Manhunt 2 has been surrounded by controversy since it's first showing. Unfortunately for Rockstar, this meant toning down a game that really is no way even close to containing the amount of violence that other games have, (uh, Ninja Gaiden, True Crime series, Grand Theft, Resident Evil etc.) but because of the reality of the game combining with the Wii controls of physically acting out murders is something I guess that is a little too real for some.
I personally had a blast playing this game, and although the play can be repetive, and the filter placed over the murder sequences makes it hard to see exactly what's happening, the visceral experience of the Wii controls totally makes up for it.

PLUSSES:
*Wii controlled killing sequences
*An interesting back story that makes you WANT to know what is happening here, and what will happen next?
*Awesome scenery and imagery
*Brutal environment related murders
*Sneaking through the shadows and stalking your prey without being seen

MINUSES:
*Repetive gameplay
*Dumb AI
*Restricted visual controls
*The inclusion of guns (If I have gun, why stab you?)
*Of course, the biggest gripe among gamers, the filters over the murder sequences

All in all I'd say that if you're looking for a game that's easy to pick up and play, that has a dark undertone, and enables you to become something you never thought: a serial killer, then this game is for you!
